Oboe,
I made up a song that goes along with the music "in" your bouncer and it is pretty catchy :) I sing this song to you every night. This past week I was holding you in my arms and you started to fall asleep before I started our song. Just for fun I started to quietly sing our song and, with your eyes still closed, you smiled. Part of me wanted to jump up and down in joy, part of me wanted to cry in tenderness, but I just continued singing and swaying...loving every moment of being your mom.
Tonight I was changing your diaper upstairs and I heard your dad whistling our song as he walked around the house. I laughed to myself and shook my head...we are pretty blessed, arent we?
