Almost 3

An almost 3 year old is REALLY good at negotiating. An almost 3 year old wants to know everyone's name. An almost 3 year old wants to know "Which one you wanna be?" and will present you with two options: a truck or a car, the red popsicle or the orange popsicle, the purple rubber-headed smooshed face dog or the yellow rubber-headed dizzy duck, etc. If you choose the "wrong" one an almost 3 year old will you say, "Ummmm nope, this one!" and hand you the "correct" choice. An almost 3 years old will make up his own options. "Would you like an apple or banana?" and he will reply "Or.....grapes!" An almost 3 year old is "too big for his bed" and wants to sleep in yours for a second (or two minutes, depending on the night). An almost 3 year old says ON MY GOSH! He loves garbage trucks, dinosaurs, bugs, butterflies, water fights, and dancing. To be continued until my almost 3 year old is REALLY a 3 year old....WOW!
